Payment/registration
We use a Stripe checkout that accepts all card payments: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, etc. If you’re having trouble at checkout, please reach out to [email protected] and we will assist you.
Accessing the PsychFlex App
You can download the PsychFlex app from the Google Play store or the Apple app store. PsychFlex can also be launched via a browser on your laptop or PC. Go to this link: https://PsychFlex.plap.io
Client Interaction
To add a client, log in to your professional account and open your clients screen.
Click on the plus icon to invite a new client, in this screen you can add a new client.
Given our very high levels of privacy protection most professionals add their client’s actual name, but if you or your client prefer, you can add clients without using their actual names.
The email address that you fill in, will serve as the username that the client uses to login in PsychFlex. This email will also be used for notifications to the client.
Your pairing code is unique to you and does not change client to client.
Click on the button “Connect Client” to save your entry.
Note: Clients do not have to wait until they get an invite mail from PsychFlex, they can immediately log into the app as soon as you have registered them – provided you have also told them your pairing code. The initial password for your new clients will be your pairing code.
Privacy & Protection of Information
Yes, the app is HIPAA compliant. If you have questions about our HIPAA policies or practices or if you are a covered entity that needs a business associate agreement (BAA), please contact us at [email protected].
Cancellation
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to try the app risk-free. If at any point within those 30 days you decide the app isn’t for you, just write to [email protected] and we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked. After the 30 day window, no refunds will be given.
